Terms and conditions
1. Who we are
These terms apply to DARIOS Barber Opleidingen, part of DARIOS Barbers, Kruisweg 38, 2011 LD Haarlem (Chamber of Commerce 64374556), email info@dariojbraun.com. They apply to all courses, training, salon training, workshops and products we offer.
2. Enrolment and agreement
A request through the website is without obligation. The agreement is only formed once we confirm your enrolment or order in writing or by email. We may decline an enrolment without giving a reason.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros. For consumers prices include VAT, for businesses they exclude VAT, unless stated otherwise. Payment follows the arrangement in the confirmation, in full or in instalments. If payment is late, we may suspend participation until the amount is paid.
4. Cooling-off period
As a consumer you have a 14-day cooling-off period after the agreement is formed. If the course starts at your request within those 14 days, you pay proportionally for the part already given. For products the cooling-off period starts on the day you receive the product; return it unused and in its original packaging.
5. Cancelling
Cancel by email. The earlier you cancel, the lower the costs we charge; the exact cancellation terms are in your confirmation. Missed lessons are not refunded. Where possible you may make up a lesson by arrangement or someone else may take your place.
6. Changes on our side
We may reschedule a lesson or training if the teacher is ill or in case of other force majeure. We let you know as soon as possible and plan a new date. If the course cannot go ahead at all, you are refunded for the part not given.
7. During the course
You follow the teacher's instructions and handle materials, tools and models with care. Damage you cause deliberately or through negligence may be charged to you.
8. Certificate
After completing a course you receive a DARIOS Barber Opleidingen certificate, provided you meet the requirements of that course. A certificate is not an accredited diploma unless explicitly stated.
9. Course material and images
Course material is for personal use only and may not be shared or sold without permission. Photos and videos may be taken during lessons and shows. If you do not want to be recognisable, let us know in advance.
10. Liability
We do our best to deliver good teaching and good products. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course or product, except in case of intent or gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost income.
11. Complaints
If you are unhappy about anything, email info@dariojbraun.com. We respond within 14 days and look for a solution together.
12. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Noord-Holland district.
